Lovely place, great customer service, brilliant location

Our room was 2nd floor facing very busy road Room didn’t have any air conditioning, was a very hot weekend and room temperature was very hot, windows only opened about 4inch with a latch, no fan in rooms

Beautiful hotel located within a short distance from the station, shops & nightlife. Has an elevator for those that can’t use stairs. Friendly & helpful staff, lovely & clean thanks to the amazing housekeeping ladies & a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

Absolutely nothing. It was a lovely place to stay.
