Breakfast was great, bed was small but comfy, room was clean.

I liked that it was central staff were very friendly.

The room was very purple very hard with sleep noise

Waiting for breakfast on the first morning for over 1hr that I had to leave. I had to go get breakfast elsewhere on the morning we were flying home due to the fear of being delayed again

La location es excelente, muy buen sitio donde alojarse, cerca del Tavern Quarter. La estructura del hotel tambien, ya que fue un antiguo banco y sigue teniendo ese allure del pasado. La habitacion es correcta, de tamano mediano, pero con todo lo necesario, y el bano lo mismo (habia plancha y secador). La chica de customer relations realmente maja, nos ayudo y se demonstro realmente disponible. El desayuno incluido un plus, que se sirve directamente en el hotel.

No mucho, solo por encontrarle una pega, la ventana no se puede abrir del todo y no cerraba del todo bien en nuestra habitacion. No estaria mal quitar la moqueta de las habitaciones, pero esto ya es gusto personal.

The location of this hotel is perfect and within walking distance of everywhere you wish to visit in Liverpool. We were barely in the hotel as the city is incredible and very exciting. Breakfast is included but we wandered out in the morning to try somewhere fun so couldn’t comment on the breakfast itself! The rooms were a good temperature - no air con but fans provided. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and nice. Had absolutely no issues and they were incredible and very friendly. Very easy check in. Have put down as 4 stars as the mattress was a tad hard and the water pressure in the shower isn’t the best. Either way would really recommend this hotel just for its location.

the property was in a amazing location very central staff were nice and friendly and welcoming. breakfast was really nice. has a lovely cocktail bar. Rooms were very clean and modern.

The noise from the bars/clubs in the area was really loud if you’re trying to sleep. didn’t bother us as we were a young family aged 18-30 but maybe not so good for people who want peace and quiet when trying to sleep
