Bio Suites Hotel & Spa

Es la tercera vez que voy a este hotel y espero que no la última, aunque los precios han subido muchísimo en comparación con los años anteriores y algunos servicios, como la animación este año ha sido muy pobre. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la playa es muy limpio, la habitación amplia y no le falta ningún detalle, la comida es muy buena y el personal es muy amable y agradable.

La cama demasiado blanda.

Excellent location near the old town and beach, and the hotel staff is simply the best - very friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. Great food! Lovely pool with sun all day and enough sunbeds.

We paid a pretty reasonable price for this beaitiful hotel. Facilities are new and clean. The spa is small but very nice , they only take 6 people per time. The hotel is not in the seafront as I thought but it has its own sun loungers/bar services at the rethymno beach which is one small block away. We had half board booking and the breakfast buffet was very good with great variety of food. Dinner buffet was okay, not the best food we've had in hotel buffets but also not terrible. I believe it to be fair for the price we paid. The area around is really nice, with restaurants, cafes, shops along the beach and only 10min walk to Rethymno old town. Parking was a bit difficult at times but manageable if you follow the greek rules of parking which is none 😂 Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and its services. They even offered some entertainment at the bar area during the weekend. It was just a shame that the pool was not heated enough for kids to be able to swim more comfortably/often. (We went during Easter).

Hotel molto bello, stanze ampie e pulite. Si trova 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e a 10’min a piedi dal centro. Ottima posizione. Non ha parcheggio privato, bisogna trovarlo sulla strada oppure posteggiare al parcheggio pubblico al porto
