Check in staff were very nice. Room was nice, clean , good size bathroom with good shower , comfy bed, Breakfast was good. Excellent location - short walk from Piccadilly train station.

"Pleasant."

Location was great for city centre, and event at the Etiad Stadium. Building was wonderful, modern in places but really emphasised its history with lovely wooden stairs and tiles.

Room was a little shabby, wall paper ripped. Shower was good but water leaked past the shower screen so made floor very wet. Noise outside window was very loud at times.

aircon wasn’t working however they ended up bringing us two large dyson fans to make up for it

Very close to piccadilly train station. We had just got off a flight and was too early to check in. Our room was ready and we were given our room key, which was very welcome. Room was spacious and clean. Close to transport restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent.
