Location near station and central Manchester. The room size was good with plenty of chairs. Having Nespresso and water was good. Decor throughout hotel was good.

A bit noisy at night, should provide ear plugs. Lift was not working when we arrived. Could not open front curtains. Breakfast only gave you main choice and no separate toast and cereal.

"Great city centre location excellent value for money but the staff would do better to make customers"

Excellent location close to Piccadilly station very comfy beds nice and quite considering the location good size room and bathroom really good breakfast

The staff unfortunately let it down for me very miserable lady on reception and the staff at breakfast really struggled to understand us or take our order

A beautiful old building very tastefully used as a hotel stair case so nice great big bed .

Maybe an extra large towel would have been nice .
