Cameron Highlands Resort

Great time at resort. Jungle trek was amazing, and was the highlight. 3 hour walk through jungle, with a lot of steps and fun root climbing. Hopefully you have good shoes. Guide Attan was great. He knew trail, animals, and plantlife exceptionally well.

A magnificent 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel in the Cameron Highlands. We enjoyed fabulous meals in the two restaurants (the steamboat was a great novelty for us) We did an extremely enjoyable walk into the forest with Madi learning about Jim Thompson’s disappearance and a walk with Ottan (route 10) There is nothing these two wonderful gentlemen don’t know about the flora and fauna in the Highlands, a truly memorable experience. Definitely the place to stay when visiting this area.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a delightful experience. A large and comfortable room. Hotel had space to relax in. We went on tours to the tea plantations and found the guide entertaining and knowledgeable. We also went on a walking tour round the area and were told about all the local history. A good variety of food at the hotel including a delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. All the staff were very welcoming

Lovely hotel and staff. The steamboat restaurant was a great experience, breakfast was very good but the main evening menu we found just ‘ok’. The location isn’t near any amenities but you can walk down to the town centre in 45 minutes. The hotel is on a very busy main road and the traffic is noisy at all times. Also the adjoining rooms don’t offer much privacy as you can hear your neighbour quite clearly.

If you ever get the chance to visit Cameron Highlands and you have the means to put up at least a night here, you will be greeted with the best services and you can feel that you're transported back into colonial times. It's considered a posh hotel to me but if you like architecture and the exquisiteness of the atmosphere, give it a try. Rooms are huge and very well maintained. The breakfast is the best, not the typical buffet style breakfast, you'll be served by ordering whichever food you like from the menu and they're superb.

Nice property in the spirit of English Tudor style architecture. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Now we stayed in a front street facing 2 bedrooms suite and it is virtually impossible to sleep with the amount of noise coming from the road….you understand why they provide ear plugs as standard amenities. Separately we had Xmas eve dinner at the hotel and it was hugely disappointing on all fronts, be it for kids or adults. Serving a full plate of green salad with some chicken bits and a pre-made sauce makes no sense whatsoever, the sausage was one of those supermarket type with cheese inside and looked tasted very unappetizing. For adult, the stuffed turkey roulade was dry and tasted more than ordinary, the mash was indescriptible, and the veggies served were just steamed if not micro-waved. The poached apple fo dessert was torturously hard and hard to cut even after asking for a knife. For the positive, the bread was all right as well as the tomato soup…still hugely disappointing overall, especially when you pay the price.

Excellent service and accommodating so e challenging night time road work noises with professionalism helping us to change rooms and offer meal discounts. Very good all round

Antic hotel with nice area front of golf club.. we enjoy sitting in the balcony watching the golfers playing.

The hotel is first class all the way, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We expected it to be lovely, and it far exceeded our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer.
