Was really looking forward to letting my grandchildren to swim…. It has an Indoor pool and the water was ice called and the hot tub was out of order. They swam for a couple minutes and had to get out cause they were freezing. And my room smelled like old cigarette smoke. It was very disappointing.

It smelled very bad, I had no washcloths, all of the towels had yellow stains on them, barely any active TV channels and very old
