Comfort Inn Lancaster County

From the time you walked into the hotel it smell like smoke.. I got a non smoking room but when you enter the room it smelled completely like smoke.. like someone was smoking before we got there.. The TV wasn't working.. they were cracks in the walls.. let's just say i wouldn't book their again..

Housekeeping did not come at all. The bed skirt had stains on them, very noticeable. Bed was not comfortable, it would dip in certain areas, and hole in the bathtub covered with duct tape.

Location was just ok.

We had a mouse in our first room so we had asked to change rooms which staff helped with. Next room smelled like old carpet but for the low value it’s alright

The breakfast was fine, the location was fine and the price was fine. The bed was pretty comfy despite having to get up to turn the TV off and up and down.

The pool temp was freezing (for a indoor heated pool) which was the main reason I booked, our bathtub didn't hold water and the jets didn't work. The microwave and the coffee maker had to be moved to be able to use it since it didn't work where it was plugged in. The TV remote power didn't work or the volume button. The complimentary coffee isn't changed throughout the night. If I was checking in later at night and needed coffee to help wake me up having cold coffee isn't right.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location is super quiet even though it's near the highway, it was great for a little staycation.

There were a lot of stains on the blankets and the pool was absolutely freezing until late in the afternoon. The pool water was also very murky.

The place was nasty, stain blankets and towels. The sink was clogged.
