Room size and easy to get to.

The pool water didn't seem too clean.

I wanted later checkout but they could only accommodate me with an extra hour. Also there was no hot tub.

The room was big!

I had a very disappointing stay. There were no towels or washcloths provided in the room, and there was an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—it sagged in the middle, making it hard to sleep. We also couldn’t get the TV to work. Customer service was poor. Staff did not answer the phone when we called, and when I went down to the front desk, they were just sitting there and not attentive. At checkout around 11 a.m., an employee was sitting on the desk watching videos, which didn’t feel professional at all. The noise level was another major issue. The guests above us were partying all night, and around 4:30 a.m., we could hear someone vomiting loudly for over an hour. The shower had very low water pressure, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The only positive thing about this place was the location.

The breakfast was the only thing I won’t complain about but even that wasn’t something to write home about

It was incredibly dirty, things were broken, the bathroom has mold and bacterial growth. The building is not well maintained.
