Homewood Suites by Hilton Tulsa-South

Been here two weeks, I’m only staying here because my company put me here, otherwise I’d go elsewhere. They don’t clean or restock the room unless you tell them. All of our group got charged $729 to our cards for some reason. The breakfast is mediocre at best. I see sketchy people coming and going propping the door open that should be locked for security. I had a contractor enter my room by mistake that is renovating the rooms around me.

Smelled bad, rooms are outdated and not very well designed. You can tell the last renovation was done cheap.

It was clean, but other than that, it needed a bunch of TLC. The water was very slow draining from the bath tub, you was standing in 6 inches of water after a short shower, it was that slow. Furniture was very worn. Swimming pool water was cloudy, not appealing. Breakfast was not as good as many of the other Homewood Suites I have stayed at.

It was a good location, easy to find, only thing that was they had just painted on the second floor and the smell was so strong. We traveled with 5 children including our 8 month old and just would have appreciated being put on a different floor or part of the hotel that didn’t smell so strong of paint. The pool and basketball court was great for the kids so it was overall good and we enjoyed our trip to the aquarium which is why we traveled to this area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was fine, but the weird small pillows on the bed were not very comfortable.

Homewood Suites Tulsa South (Broken Arrow) was just a fine place to sleep. It is very outdated, which gave the impression that the cleanliness might be questionable. Everything in the rooms is butter yellow—even the lighting, which created a dingy cast over everything. The pool was green and cloudy. The lobby seemed to be updated, but nothing else. The warm breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, I wouldn’t return, but it wasn’t the worst place.

Under construction I guess & our room was gross . The couch was something that a frat house would throw out .

Great comfortable stay! Spacious room and clean! Room smelled good as well! Bed was very comfy! Loved the multiple exits and being on the 1st floor with a toddler!

The shower may need to be re painted a little, it had a a brownish spot in the tub.

Property is not in good condition. Room was in severe need of cleaning. Dusty. AC didn't work well.
