Considering the cleanliness of the facility, I didn't eat the breakfast

The room smelled, they had a dryer sheet stuck in the vent. It had a round commode seat on an elongated toilet. Leaks all around the outside. It severely lacked maintenance inside and out. The lobby and corridors were dirty. The rooms heater didn't work either. It was a real piece of crap hotel!!

Suite was fantastic! Pulled into the hotel later than anticipated a d they helped us get the game on and they were so kind and helpful with food delivery and many questions!

Location was ok

I walked into the lobby with nobody working the front desk…. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby waiting to be checked in. Then the lady that checked me in was so rude. The trash cans were overflowing in the lobby, smell in the room, the room was so dusty, and the shower door would not shut. If I hadn’t already paid for the room online I would’ve left. We travel for softball a lot and this was by far the worst. I will never stay here again.

Got there and checked in,the lady at the desk was nice but had mentioned that the water had just came back on puts me in a room in the back 2nd floor room 218 so ok no big deal the room was ok, the next morning i get up and get ready to shower and there is no hot water so i go down ask the lady at the deck what is going on can they fix this right now she pretense to fill out a work order and never rights anything down so i go back up wait for 2 hours and nothing so i checked out and tell her ther is no hot water again and she said thaks for letting me know, how rude can you be the wait staff was horrible maybe worse then not having hot water. I do expect a full refund and an apology for her actions before i file a repot
