Beware of them changing a $75 cleaning fee if they think you have a corporate or government card. I am a diamond member and a non smoker and left the room in normal condition after they didn’t clean the entire week. Tried to reach management and apparently they are too big of cowards to return my call or even tell me why. My guess is they just charge people and hope they don’t complain. Stay at the Double Tree up the road. So much better ran and cleaner. My clients said they tell people to stay away from that Homewood.

This is the saddest Hilton brand experience I have ever had. Top sheet was missing from the bed. Pillows missing, no manager on duty, the exterior of the hotel is poorly maintained, weeds everywhere, pool had only about 1/2 of the water. Everything is very dated. Shower floor is grey. Just a bad experience.

Beautiful property. Staff is nice. Can’t wait for breakfast. Only complaint. Large stain on couch and toilet handle broken. Will definitely stay again.

I wanted to do laundry because I planned on it when picking this hotel. Laundry available is important to me. I went to get detergent and no one was at the front desk. I waited a while and eventually left. I didn’t get to do laundry. The shower in my room was VERY old and permanently stained. It just felt dirty. The ceiling in my hallway was leaking and when it collapsed they put a cone on the floor next to the shattered ceiling tiles but didn’t clean it up. There was also a mouse in my room. This was my last night and it was almost 12 and because I couldn’t even get detergent earlier I didn’t bother trying to switch rooms. The back door where I would go in and out of was broken so the lever was zipped tied down to keep it permanently open. Anyone could have come in at anytime and made me feel less safe. I would not stay here again. I recommend renovating, hiring pest control, and training staff to be available.

Suite looked like it was under repair, kitchen not stocked and a cockroach was running around the breakfast / coffee station Staff was rude and inattentive at check in
