It was a nice hotel. Bed comfy Enjoyed relaxing in the bath Staff were friendly. Too expensive for food Breakfast and dinner. Not a good view Late check out was expensive

Awful. There were hairs in the bed, the bathroom was unclean, the entire building smelled of the restaurant next door. I had to leave early due to the un-cleanliness after one night. Incredibly disappointed. Check in staff were lovely but otherwise not worth the bed bugs.

Good value

Very good value overall. I was a bit sceptical because I picked up my reservation for just over £40 through the internet and wasn’t sure what to expect at that price point. Car park was free, very well lit. Single room not at all cramped and got a good sleep even though I was facing the road as it is not busy at night. Bathroom suite and shower looked fairly recent and all very clean. Of course the decor and furniture aren’t like your £100 a night hotel but that not worth the difference in price in my opinion. Much better than I expected and excellent value.

Very basic room but I only wanted a room for the night! And at less than £60 it did the job. Looked like a nice Indian restaurant on the Ground floor but i already had plans yo go out snd didn't have breakfast.

Had a great stay. Value for money nice room warm and comfortable. Would recommend

Unfortunately the property needs a lot of Love! The ground floor has been refurbished and looks good and the staff on check in were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is beyond awful. It’s just wide of the mark on all counts. We went elsewhere for breakfast on second morning although we had breakfast included. The rooms - the beds are not terribly nice with poor linen And the bathroom smell of urine the entire stay. All this coupled by a loud fight in the hall outside adjoining room between two men - one who claimed the other was related to the owner. Very disappointing - needs someone to grab hold of the management Could be good with some genuine strong management.

The hotel needs refurbishment, my experience of the breakfast was not great. Asked staff what was the type of meat in the sausages as I knew the restaurant is halal, which is fine but I do not eat beef, so I asked for no sausage to be present to avoid issues. The breakfast arrived with a sausage so I again queried what meat it was again, I was informed again it’s halal. That is not appropriate as I may not eat beef which is the case, I feel my preferences were ignored. Staff brought in a smaller plate to the remove the sausage but really a fresh breakfast should have been made. Since I was in a rush I didn’t have time to wait for a new plate. But it’s rude to also not to offer.
