The management and staff team members were attentive, courteous and responsive to our needs, wants and desires during the entire stay during the family reunion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that amenities, staff members, conference room was made available as needed. The primary (day) manager conducted, instructed and mentored her staff in most efficient and client service "satisfaction" and " hospitable" framework. She is and was a strategic partner throughout the stay, i.e. always villigant and purpose driven to ensure that the ethos and branding were amplified "Southern charm". Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Only small complaint is tub is slippery and slopes in slightly so you have to be careful when showering.

The outside is nice, the lobby is immaculate, then you get to the rooms, and you feel a bit disappointed when you walk in. You see the lobby and the beautiful stair case leading up to the rooms then you walk in and it’s as if you were going into a motel 6 that had been decorated by a grandma who had a shopping spree at Goodwill. Our shower didn’t drain very well and had hair coming up from the drain. The breakfast in the morning is good. The pool is a plus. Overall wasn’t wowed, but wasn’t completely disappointed, more of a “meh” feeling.
