The ColdWater Inn

The check in was smooth, address on gps copied from sight was incorrect. Nice overall hotel and staff. Out only complaints would be linty towels OMG shake them before drying off! The breakfast was very good and extremely well maintained and presented. Lose some covers on bedding or it was a cold to sweating battle all night. Lastly the grounds keeper was completely inconsiderate of customers vehicles while blowing out flower beds etc. It was Sunday the parking lot was fairly full and he was blowing debris off towards vehicles with no concerns. Our motorcycle was covered from top to bottom with everything! Not real happy about that cleaning it at 1000 in 90 degree parking lot. Hotel is nice very well maintained and staffed would stay again.

Great stay

The stay was great! The room was comfortable, quiet and clean.

So dirty in the rooms! I also asked for a handicap room for my husband and even though they were max capacity we stayed for over a week, we did not get a room with any accessible features!

The bed was messy and the floors and tub were dirt.

The check-in process was very smooth and quick. The room was clean. In room 306, the refrigerator needs to be replaced, it doesn't close properly. We experienced a minor issue with the toilet flusher. I was able to lift the top to get it back on track. Unfortunately, the toilet water did leak on the floor a little overnight. Called the front desk to ask for a late check out; the front desk person was very friendly and accommodating to our needs for an extended check out time. The hotel was very quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The complimentary beverage near the front entrance was a nice touch. The parking lot was completely full at night. I had to park in the very back of the hotel, which wasn't the worst thing that could happen, but its not desirable when you have young children. I rate my stay here a 7/10.

Friendly staff, clean, small and cozy. Its hard for me to review this because I feel like my -1star is on me, not the hotel. I'm not sure what I expected
