The ColdWater Inn

The pool was large and attractive. The lobby is unusually beautiful with twin circular staircases leading to the second floor gallery that is lovely.

This is a beautiful property, great pool and good breakfast. We were allowed to checkin at noon when we arrived early. It’s not far from Florence entertainment. I will stay again.

Nice and clean, large rooms. I do like for my bed to be made each day. The pool wasn’t clean, had a bad smell.

Definitely will stay here again! 100% satisfied!

We had a lovely room and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

I totally expected a little more out of this place. I moved the table that was by the bed to the chair where i was working. Trash under it. Looked under the other table the same trash. The pillows were not my favorite. The toluet tissue was the cheapest on the market.

Hotel was very nice. Great for our short stay.

Beautiful place!

Double automatic doors (why aren’t these at every hotel?!), grand staircases flanking a tall chandelier, generous lobbies on both floors. Classy traditional decor. Super clean in and out; crystal clean pool area, floats and toys for the kiddos. Friendly desk clerk Dee referred us to the BEST local joint for delicious casual dining (Donna & Friends). Comfy room: great bed, pillows, good shower, amenities. Our neighbor was a very loud talker and the adjoining door is not soundproof; we stuffed a towel under it and slept well anyway. Kinda proud that we resisted the urge to worsen his hangover with noisy paybacks at 7am.

The room was very clean and large, but the toilet had so little water in it, it would not flush toilet paper down. We were advised to ask for a frig and microwave - that they were not available in every room. A call prior to our arrival confirmed this and arrangements were made. However, the microwave had not been cleaned and had someone's left over pizza in it. We had to unplug the TV to get power for the microwave! Impossible to turn off bedside light from the bed, found others were using it by unscrewing the bulb. The men's lobby bathroom was found with soiled toilet paper all over the floor and BM unflushed in one toilet, trash overflowing in the cans in the bathroom and at the entrance outside. Checked men's lobby bathroom 8 hrs later and no one had cleaned it. Most gas station bathrooms do not go that long without someone checking on them. Vending area had nothing but ice machines, Hotel gift shop was nothing like photos on the internet, had to leave Hotel to purchase a snack and aspirin. No resturant as advertised on 3rd party booking sites, no bar either. Too much money spent on lobby and seating area and not on maintenance and quality control. This is a 2 -3 star Hotel at its best. Room 214. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing "boutique" about our room, it was a standard 2-3 star room.
