The Surfbreak Hotel

What I didn’t like about this property was the check in. Took 3 rooms to finally receive mine.

The carpet in the room was dirty.

My stay at the Surfbreak Hotel was great. The room was air conditioned, very clean and everything worked as it should have. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and always available if needed. It is located close to a lot of shops and places to eat and just minutes from the pier and the beach. I was on the third floor and could see the ocean from the front balconies of the hotel. All in all I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone else that asks me where to stay in southern California near the beach.

Good Value for its money . Bedding isn’t comfortable . Thin blanket and stains visible on sheets.. Clean but very used.

It was a pretty nice stay, quiet a laid back, it’s small so not a lot of people and the owners were very adamant on helping in any way they could. Giving ideas for places to go, places for food, and even offering surf boards you can rent.

Very friendly staff

Just troubles to get the check in, first they send the code for the room and saying the room is ready so the code never works then when I ask about they just reply : checkin until 4pm even when the room was ready and clean then I come back at 8:30pm and code still doesn’t work so finally they send a new code and it works
