Heritance Tea Factory

The Heritance Tea Factory is truly a special place. The building of the former tea factory has been beautifully preserved and transformed into a unique hotel full of character and history. Even on rainy days, it felt very comfortable and cozy — a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The view from the room and from the hotel grounds is absolutely breathtaking: green hills, tea plantations, and mist create an unforgettable setting. In front of the hotel, there is a lovely terrace with several tables where you can enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the tea plantations and the historic factory building itself. It is a truly special experience. The staff deserve the highest praise — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. The restaurant also deserves special mention: the food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. This is a place you want to return to and one that will stay in your memory for a long time.

The property is beautiful

The bathroom is dated and needs touch up and renovation. The spa also needs to be maintained and made presentable.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Heritance Tea Factory with our family, including our two kids. The whole experience of staying in a converted tea factory was truly unique and memorable. Our kids absolutely loved exploring the mini tea factory and walking through the tea gardens ,it was both fun and educational for them. It’s a great place for families who want something different from a typical hotel stay. A special mention to Keshawan and the restaurant team, who did an amazing job taking care of us. Their service was warm, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic family getaway in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location. Perfect place for relaxation. Wonderful staff. They are so committed that they act like they own the hotel. Tea plucking experience with Krishna was memorable, while the flower garden maintained by Pathmaraj was amazing!

Limited (though tasty) choices on the menu and the time taken to serve. Suggest to accept orders from the room prior to coming down to the restaurant. Meals given to drivers are not up to standard.
