Good location. Great views. Enjoyed my stay there

This hotel is amazing ,its located in a very nice area , the staff were really nice and friendly , the swimming pool is very nice , me and my wife stayed only one night at this hotel , my room has an amazing balcony you almost feel like you are in the middle of a jungle , the restaurant was amazing the buffet was great fresh food and a lot of variaty , if I go back to candy definitely I will stay at this hotel again .

It was lovely to come back to this hotel every day after sightseeing. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were fabulous. It was a 10 minute tuk tuk ride from Kandy centre, which made it a convenient escape from the hustle of Sri Lanka. However, it also made it difficult to just pop out somewhere for dinner, so we relied on room service a bit which was quite average.

A lovely hotel with amazing food. Unfortunately, we were taken to our room at the remote end of the hotel and told it was peaceful - balcony overlooking the back of a building with all kinds of rubbish. Asked for a room change and taken to the main part of the hotel and ended up in a room that I would imagine was A STAFF ROOM - sparsely furnished and stinking of cigarette smoke, nothing to place our bags on, unclean cups. Went to reception and requested Management come look at the room and immediately on entering the room Mr. Mahesh told me we would be moved. This time we were upgraded to another room which was very nice and this time the balcony overlooked the swimming pool. Apart from this we had a lovely stay and enjoyed their amazing food. Very nice courteous staff. Regarding the Reception staff, I feel they need to be aware of their surrounding area in Kandy and be better able to advise their patrons on sights nearby, such as tea plantation etc. They did not seem well versed in this area, which is important for all of us that visit.

Total indulgence. A comfortable stay with beautiful views, world class facilities, fantastic dining & lovely staff. Wonderful pool & SPA services.

We stayed here for two nights recently whilst touring Sri Lanka. We had a very nice stay, a lovely bit of luxury on the outskirts of Kandy! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Unlike some places we stayed, the hotel employed women and also staff acknowledged my girlfriend rather than ignoring her. The hotel is in great condition and our room was a very nice size. Good sized bathroom with separate bath and shower and the bed was nice and big. We spent some time relaxing by the pool and at times had it all to ourselves. Plenty of seats and loungers plus a pool bar for snacks and drinks. There is a spa and a gym, though we didn't try either during our stay. Breakfast each day is a large buffet of hot and cold items, both Western and Asian food. There is quite a selection to choose from and you won't go hungry! We sat outside on the terrace both mornings and enjoyed the lovely views out across the hills. We ate at the same restaurant one evening and again it had a good buffet spread of dishes available. We both had a very nice time in this hotel and would certainly stay again if we find ourselves back in Kandy.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely spacious room, with a good balcony and outstanding views over the mountains. Corridors were a bit scruffy- but to be fair, I think they were refurbishing them. Good breakfast and a decent reasonably priced dinner. The hotel was quite a distance from the centre of Kandy, but the views and the peace and quiet made up for it.
