I had late arrival which was why I did not complain. I had asked for a cot and was very happy it was in the room. The cot had springs coming right through the thin mattress. I put a bunch of clothes on top so I could not feel the springs. Otherwise it was fine.

The location was nice

There didn't clean our linens. They left dirty sheets in the room. The air conditioner didn't work and the manager was extremely rude. The toilets took like 4 times to be able to flush.

Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Super convenient location close to the NYS fair. Nearby restaurants were good. Free breakfast was awesome!
