Food/Eating options are awesome, full 5 rating. Front desk people tries to play tricks with you specially Manager, they will give you some messy room and see If you complain. I had an amazing stay at The Accord though it was only for a short while.. I must say the staffs were very professional, polite, accommodative and very helpful. It’s a great place to stay at if you wanna do shopping in T. Nagar and Pondy bazaar. It’s about 3-4mins away by public transport. It was my first time in India and the hotel services have went way beyond my expectations. Overall, it’s worth staying at The Accord and a MUST! 😬

I did not like the fact that the pillow cases were not changed. I was not happy that the bath tub was broken and was covered with a mat.

This is my second time staying in this hotel & my impression hasn’t changed. Great service by all the staff here, comfortable rooms & nice breakfast spread. Would recommend this hotel to anyone considering. Rooms & bed are good but bathroom looks a little aged, especially the shower area. Otherwise everything is great here.
