Staffs are very nice, service is good and overall property is good except the washroom.

Very good hotel. Neat and clean and very friendly staff.

Our hope for a luxurious stay over the last few days of our family holiday was ruined after the first night at the hotel. We felt suffocated with smell of damp/moist in the two rooms we booked and in addition, there was strong smell in the corridors due to renovation work going on on the floors. Two of our sons got ill with cough and cold, sleeping was impossible for everyone. We felt helpless. Our repeated pleas and requests not considered seriously, however on the second night we were moved to rooms even worse than the previous once . Was shocked to see the walls, ceilings were moist and full of patches and paint peeling off walls due to damp and moisture. On the third midnight, out of despair we called again and finally the manager in the night shift considered our plea and visited our rooms inspected first hand the state of the rooms and felt sorry for us and immediately shifted us to a two much better rooms The management should give priority to the wellbeing of their guests shouldn’t put them in a health hazardous environment. Unable to bear the last couple of bad days/nights at the hotel, we had already booked a different hotel for the rest of the holiday presuming that the issue was not going to be sorted. In a nut shell, it was the worst stay at this hotel, completely ruined our stay. We have stayed at so many hotels, even lower star than this, had never experienced anything worse than this.

Good: Breakfast Staff especially Ms Leena Facilities Bad: Renovation noise

Everything was perfect, food, front desk, bell boys, room...big thumbs up for breakfast spread...many varities. Hope for repeat

While overall experience was good there were sore ☹️ points. We were given a room where renovation work was going on .As such there was lot of dust in the area. Also there was constant hammering sound for more tna an hour on Monday afternoon.The second disappointment was the man who checked us in at the front desk. He was not very helpful. The other negative is the photo taken of the guests for security. I understand the security at the immigration in airport. Not at the hotel where we are paying guests.

Very polite and obliging staff especially Miss Leena and bellboy Saravanan.

Overall it's a great experience. Food is awesome and staffs are really friendly

Felt like back at home, much more relaxed, after a tiring travel around India.
