Ms Rochelle and Ms Ruby of the Front Office have been the best gift I got from the Property. They went beyond to take care of my needs and am very thankful. Used their saloon and Mr Rajesh was a Thumps Up. All I all it was a good experience with special applause to the staff who made it very comfortable stay

The Property is on prime location hence all the time is crowded, waited closed to 1 and half hours for check-in and 10 t0 15 minutes even to find a space for the breakfast. The Rooms require renovation, no support for Universal plugs and i waited for a day for the support team to provide me one. Bathroom fittings, Air conditioner all are 20 years old.

The property was very well furnished and had a new updated feel to it. Room was super clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shops were very close by and the food was delicious in the restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for future guests.

The catering team deserve a medal. The manager, chefs and waiters were so helpful. You ask a nd you get. They had a permanent smile on their face. I went to Chennai for dental treatment and it was no hassle to them to offer me liquidised food and on a daily basis asked if I was OK. Their concern was very genuine.
