Beautiful place to relax

The resort has good facilities with numerous pools, beaches and free non-motorised watercraft. The living reef is also very cool, allowing you to feed and stand with rays. The food

The location of the resort was just perfect , it had great facilities but still felt like you were staying on a beautiful island . Infinity restaurant had excellent food

We really appreciated how proactive and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. We had originally booked the cheapest room available for our dates, which happened to be an accessible room. Unfortunately, within the first few minutes, we realised the toilet flush was not working. After reporting it to reception, the team promptly moved us to a better room at no extra cost. The new room was excellent: very clean, well maintained, with immaculate curtains and an absolutely breathtaking view. The resort facilities around the island were also very good, and we especially loved the Living Reef. We felt well looked after by all staff members across reception, restaurants and bars. The breakfast is yummy and well served, exactly what we needed before every ferry excursion we did.

Our first impression was not the best due to the condition of the original room. The toilet flush was not working, the curtains were torn, and there was a spider web in one corner of the room. The room generally felt like it needed more attention to cleaning and maintenance. We also missed having access to the large enclosed area near the snorkelling area, although we understand this may have been due to low season.
