"Excellent hotel in Condesa!"

I'm staying every year a week at this hotel since more than 5 years now. I saw its general level improving every time ever since I come! Staff is amaizingly helpfull and confort of the bedrooms is excellent. I strongly recomand for leasure or business trip to enjoy the hotel but also the neighborhood's way of life. This part of Condesa offers the best restaurants and bars, not to mention the parc of Mexico that is 30 meters away.

Ever was very new

The room was much smaller than advertised. No lobby to hand out or meet people. No services. Little window view and we booked a superior room. Low ceiling room with little light left me claustrophobic

"Hippodrome Hotel"

Red Flag Warning-- We just checked in today and here are the problems: 1. No hot water in the bathroom 2. No common area to be 3. Bar was posted online, no bar 4. Incessant jack-hammering- constant construction noise Nobody has yet to come check the running, cold shower.

"Uncomfortable. No room in lobby or anywhere to go to get out of the small room. Ok for a one night stay but not for long"

Very small room. Booked a superior delux. 2 people could not move at the same time. Booking description was 100 sq ft more than actual. Paid more than a similar room in NYC or Paris
