location and staff are very good. staff were flexible with late chgeck out

there is no breakfast. they give you a voucher to go to a good place across the street but you are better off paying for breakfast there on your own,, internet was frequently down. ba careful stepping out of elevator as it opens to stairwell. Minimal room for luggage

Beautiful small hotel right off Parque Mexico in Condesa. Had to book it last minute after a disaster at a rental apartment, and was thrilled in every way - the location, the property, the front desk staff, the room. Saved my birthday weekend.

Escaleras muy oscuras y al Parecer no tienen luz de emergencia y si va a pasar algo es complicado huir de manera segura
