The manager was very helpful and lovely to deal with. Nice bathroom.

The whole place is run down. Stains on the carpet, little fridge standing on the carpet but not in a unit like an after thought. View out over a stagnant pond, tatty curtains. Clean but yellowing linen and over $200.00 per night. Generally disappointing, would never go back.

Cracked lampshade Windows didn't close properly Carpet quite stained Cracked tiles in the bathroom Handbasin quite crazed Towels in the bathroom could have been bigger and thicker - I am small, they barely went around me and were thin Dust quite thick on the skirting boards around the fridge - very visible Milk in the fridge could be improved by having a small bottle instead of a carton that had a straw Throw on the bed was very stained on the underside Gorgeous pool was advertised on the website but not available to Hotel people The pool was the reason I booked here as it is summer - very disappointed when I learned I couldn't have access

Cozy and comfortable

I don't like the fact that the duvet did not have any cover and that there's only one clean sheet to separate it from the bed. The pillows are thin.

Beautiful building and surroundings area but that was it.

Definitely not a hotel. Basically a room with a bed and en suite. The pool isn't available for hotel guest and no room service or restaurant available on site. We ask for room to bed made up when we were out. Came back to bed beein very badly made up and pillows thrown where ever on the bed. . Extremely overpriced for what you get . Would definitely not recommend.

A delightful property with fantastic location.

Great views over the estuary. Lovely and quiet at night. Nice spot to relax.
