The place looks amazing and very unique style

Not many food options available, the restaurant next door was good but other eateries were far away

Comfortable, spacious room. On arrival, the guy was very helpful. The rooms were big and beds very comfortable.

Hard to find staff after we had checked in. Even when I rang reception, no one was around. The restaurant next door is close but the breakfast was not good.

Comfortable and clean, despite being next to the airport we hardly heard any planes. The Brick Eatery next door was excellent, would highly recommend! Facilities were good and there were laundry facilities in the complex you could pay to use. We were able to walk to the airport easily along the cycle track.

It was odd that reception was only open for certain hours 9-7pm and if you arrived late/needed assistance you had to pay $50 call out charge. Not what I’d expect from a hotel selling itself as ‘luxury’. You could walk into Stoke in 20 minutes but would need a taxi to get into the centre of town.

We had asked for ground floor and was granted this but on arrival we were told no ground floor available. The good thing is that the staff carried our cases upstairs for us.

Easy check-in /checkout,. Classic exterior, near airport Small refrigerator,hot water kettle.

Small room on 1st floor, needing to go through multiple doors to access room. No table. No closet.No microwave.

It was quaint place, the room was clean, was surprised to see a bidet in the bathroom :) The bed was too hard for us but some people like that. Once you collect the key you are left to do your own thing. The view out the window was lovely.

The room was smaller than we thought. Walls are a bit thin so could hear the neighbours TV. We managed to beat the final check-in time of 5pm.
