Nice location overlooking Monaco estuary. Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

The guy who checked us in was helpful but after that we found it hard to find staff later. Reception often unmanned. No answer when I phoned the front desk with a question. No one there when we checked out at 10 a.m.

Beautiful building and nice Room

I was so scared and felt Unsafe due to another hotel stayer screaming: arguing for over an hour. I reported it to the reception who did act on that . However it continued and I really felt scared for her/ as didn’t know if there was violence aswell

Great location and view. Nice grounds.

I called twice just before check-in time, but no answer. Unacceptably poor service. Turned up 10 minutes before check-in and desk not manned, there was a sign saying text this number if no-one around, which I did. Nothing happened. Went looking for staff, no-one around. Eventually rang the cell phone number I had texted and someone answered and showed up. Totally unacceptable to have the desk unmanned at check-in time. Coffee table in the reception had a layer of dust visible from across the room. Staff were dressed informally, they need to be instantly recognisable as staff. Room had a noise outside like a woodpecker banging on something all night randomly. Next morning I was in the carpark and another guest approached me and asked if I had seen any staff as the desk was unmanned... Shame this fine property has gone downhill, needs some attention to detail. Doors open to laundry/staff access, this should all be invisible to guests.

View out over the courtyard and hills in background. A relaxing place to stay. Good walks, round Monaco, Tahunanui along cycle way. My room was serviced each day, v clean room.

Nothing to dislike

Stanza molto grande e comoda, così come il bagno. Zona piacevole e silenziosa. Vicino all'aeroporto, raggiungibile a piedi in una quindicina di minuti e ottimo come soggiorno in attesa del prossimo volo.

Manca un armadio/cassettiera, c'è qualche problema per capire dove mettere i vestiti. A parte un piccolo ristorante non c'è molto in zona.
