"Very cold"

Car park was available which was helpful

Room was very cold. Staff were unable to put the heating on. Had to have a portable heater. It was freezing. This has happened to me twice at this hotel.

Nice quiet location, large room, thermostat setting was perfect for sleep

Main gripe is the bathroom sink was blocked only because the stopper (plug)had been forced down and there was no means of raising it. The lever that controls the stopper was cut off at the base!

Very traditional stay, good location (tram access) and breakfast. I enjoyed the staff interaction (I’ll need to come back).

Fairly old fashioned annex, however served the purpose.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Location was great.

Room was cold and no extra blanket available. The staff did turn on the heat when I asked. Hotel could do with an update, especially the stairs to the 2nd floor
