It was a good stay. The room is provided with all the necessarry amenities, and even with in-room laundry! Shopping mall, food stalls/restaurants are just nearby. Only airconds are just quite a drawback: old and not functioning properly sometimes. Breakfast is decent.

"Good Value "

We stayed for a 4 nights at Ariva Residence for leisure. Upon check-in, the staff greeted us and check-in process was quick n simple. Our room was very spacious for the price that we pay. The hotel offered a parking card which was complimentary with a deposit of RM 100 (refundable). Definately a benefit! We had an issue with the next door guest. They are very noisy during the night. We complained to the Reception and they arranged for a room change that day. Bfast is very basic. But, we dont mind becoz it was cozy area.And, plenty of choices nearby. Spoke to one of the Housekeeping lady, level 10, (cant remember her name). Good communication and showed interest in guest needs. Overall, am quite happy.

The staff came up with a birthday cake which was a pleasant surprise. It should be noted that one has to lug luggage up several steps to get to the lobby on the 4th floor and the room was not the same as that featured on the website. There is no free car parking but one can par

"Excellent place to stay."

Love it, worth it. Simple breakfast and excellent staffs. Only minor set back is the lift to the lobby is slow due to offices up the building.
