Overall is satisfied but the wifi signal in the room is weak and hence is unable to access internet at all. In addition, the air-cond require attention as the compressor is making noise which is difficult to sleep well.

We (4 mature ladies) were concerned on initial arrival, (for 1 night) as our booking was not what was booked and then we were offered a downsize we were again not happy and stated on our return we were to stay for 5 nights and our booking must be as booked, On return we did have aour correct booking, staff (especially Daniele at reception), was very professional checked on our comfort and the apartment and amenities were very good it was secure , a great position and we would recommend it.

"Standards have declined "

Have stayed in Ariva Gateway (formerly Somerset) regularly over the last few years. Booked double room for 4 nights and requested high floor room but upon check in was allocated 5th Floor. Managed to get changed to 15 floor. Told no parking undercover available and disappointed as there has been parking before in the past. Room had no hot water for 2 consecutive nights - came and fixed every morning to get it hot but by night it was cold again. Breakfast was disappointing with small selection and coffee is from make your own sachets whereas in the past there was coffee on a hot plate. Disappointed with the stay and unlikely to return.

"Nice but noisy"

"Convenient for family"

Everything was good except for the toilet. Should have a water hose so that convenient for Muslim. The girl at reception was very tolerate with us since we have baby & kid.

"Hidden Gem in a Kuching"

The Good -superb view of the city -fantastic swimming pool at the top floor -sauna working fine -working out in gym with city view, simply superb The Downside -breakfast buffet is disappointing, very little choice and low quality -parking is difficult, very limited place -gym equipment are a little old, not well maintained overall verdict, its a place to relax and forget about life for a while.

"Good for family"

We had a 2-bedroom suite which is good for family to stay. The maintenance of the interior is not good but if just counted what we paid, it's not bad. Location is good and close to the topspot seafood centre, easy to walk to riverside (not at night).
