VERY COMFORTABLE APT. Great WiFi! Staff was quick to respond to most things. Daily cleanings… can’t say enough good things about the cleaning staff.

THE COCKROACHES. It was more than a few - an entire infestation. I put traps out myself and caught hundreds in a week. Not great for long stays. Assuming this is why they clean daily. The balcony is huge but unusable because of the noise from the highway. The hot water didn’t work for a week but was fixed by maintenance.

Location was great. It was more spacious than I thought it would be.

The place was dirty, the floors had dust, the couch was sagging and was dirty. Shower head could've been better, the water went everywhere.

Nice big apartment . Good beds , good WiFi , unfortunately very very (!) noisy ( big streets with a lot of traffic )

Nothing at all

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which had twin bed and a queen bed upon arrival I am being forced to accept a room which doesn't matches the room type I have booked Was asked to check out or adjust for 2 nights. Till now no refund has been initiated or no information has been shared regarding the cancellation

It was clean and reasonably comfortable. It had everything we need for a short stay

Some of the furniture was in a very poor state. One outside chair was unusable as seating had collapsed. In the main bedroom the bathroom unit was very marked . In the bedroom the worktop was old and bubbling. The chair was also in a poor state. The shower door kept opening when showering. Door entry into bedrooms was bare concrete for some reason. As motorway was very close traffic noise was audible in the front bedroom and lounge

There was a gas stove in the kitchen and it wasn’t serviced. It was throwing flames. The tv remote didn’t work. The rooms might need to be fumigated for bugs.

The apartment was quite spacious and the quick access to the pool made our stay that much more worthwhile.

Our tags that allowed us into the parking garage and use of the lifts stopped working at some point, even our back-up only worked at the lift. The staff made up for the technical glitches and they accommodated us.
