method and communication skill was terrible...lack professionalism

It’s close to all amenities.

It’s a bit run down, lights bulbs have not been replaced, no toilet roll holder, needs an upgrade.

The location was perfect.

The pool area was dirty. Not enough utensils in the kitchen. No milk to make tear or coffee.

Reasonable size and location

1 Not being allowed visitors 2 Not having a set of keys each 3 Not having full time use of the pool 4 Noise from the motor way

Management was rather pleasant to work with, however, due to the chain of communication there was a glitch in agility. Kabir at the security desk did the best he could with the resources I guess afforded to him. Phumi in management was also responsive, though hardly at the time she promised, she made some alternative provisions for the rest of our clients' stay. This was of course appreciated.

Upon arrival our guests were not directed with clarity for how to move forward. Though understandably, with their system supposedly online, we had clients that had no where to go and no alternatives provided. Eventually when their abode was ready, the apartment had what appeared to be a cockroach infestation -with no viable aid provided by anybody. A second apartment was suggested and that too was not in any way better than the initial.

You can’t bring guest to see you, not like them sleeping over but to see you like paying a visit, they won’t accept…. It’s crap
