The gentleman who assisted us after first night of stay thanks so much you are truly an asset room 202 was perfect and was cleaned everyday we felt spoilt

Security. Central location. Aorcon in living area

Needs aircon to bedrooms .Cupbds and carpets need upgrading. Nose levels ferm freeway.it seems as if people are smoking cannabis in the building. Almost each night we got the smell

There were roaches in the room

The unit was only available for check in at 16:40 - 1 hour and 40 minutes beyond check in time. The unit was dirty when I arrived. The entire kitchen is old, with broken and damaged cabinets and the counter top is completely broken and loose (an actual hazard). The sliding door to the balcony does not work properly and some of the lights inside the apartment are not working. The rules are far too strict - if Harbour Edge prefers a prison then perhaps they should reconsider short term rentals, because that’s what it felt like.

Good Location right in the city, safe parking, nice staff and very nice layout of the suite.

It was close to VnA, it was cleaned daily, it was spacious and had good security.

The kitchen didn’t have enough utensils The pool was closed so we couldn’t use it The place had cockroaches The area around the apartment did not feel safe to walk around

Staff not accommodating. No follow ups. No communication. Bed and couch need to be replaced. Shower head needs to be changed.

Central and very neat - we always stay at Harbour Edge when in Cape Town

There was nothing wrong with the apartment - it was perfect - but our neighbours below were very noisy every night and unfortunately the position of this apartment was just as the highway starts so the traffic was very busy and noisy. The apartment itself was lovely
