Too many honey bees around the pool

The check in experience was very poor as staff had confusions

bathroom particularly the shower

Room is old and not maintained. For the cost you pay it’s not Worth.

A lot of ants in my room on second day after I left some Lays crunches on the table

Large hotel on the outside of the city. Was comfortable and staff were very helpful. Ideal for a couple of nights visiting Varanasi and nice to be away from the busy centre.

The room size - it was a suite. The enthusiasm and politeness of the staff.

There is need for improvement in almost all departments - front office, F & B, Housekeeping, staff training, overall management. Lack of knowledge about local traditions, timings and logistics to food quality to non- operational blinds in the room to very slow response to requests to mismatch between what is ordered and what us served - the list can go on. It took almost five minutes every time to get hot water and in the process considerable cold water had to be drained.
