Third grade hotel and services. I won’t give it more than 2 stars. Please do not waste your money staying here.

Overall, this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was uncomfortable. My wife and I come from different cultural backgrounds (Indian and Western), and the reception staff made us feel unwelcome. Their attitude suggested that we had done something wrong, and their behavior did not feel hospitable at all. It almost felt like we were begging for a room. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. The bathroom did not function properly—when we flushed, the water overflowed. The bathtub was extremely old and appeared not to have been repaired or maintained for years. The shower also did not work properly; we were unable to get warm water, so we had to take cold showers. The restaurant experience was another letdown. Despite having many staff members, there was almost no sense of hospitality. When we sat at a table, a waiter asked us to move because our spot was “too far” for him to serve food. The table we moved to was dirty and had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We ordered a bottle of water but were never given glasses. As for the food—avoid the Western dishes entirely. The tiramisu tasted nothing like the real dessert, and the fish and chips were undercooked. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality are far below basic standards, and I would not recommend it to others.

The property is located in a peaceful and convenient area of Varanasi with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the staff was polite and supportive throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offered good variety, and the hotel ambience felt relaxing after long travel or sightseeing. Special mention to the housekeeping and front desk team for their responsiveness. Also, this stay added great background and atmosphere for some clips we captured for our YouTube channel Aayansh Magic World — the property looked lovely on camera!

A few areas could be improved — room service delivery time was slightly slow during peak hours, and some parts of the property (like corridors and elevators) could use a little modernization or refreshing. Wi-Fi speed could also be better for guests who need stable connectivity.

Only the location

Bathrooms were bit old. Not in good condition. You can hear the sound of someone other bathroom in your room so sound proofing is not good . Hotel manager is not professional. Restaurant service is bit poor. Took 40 mins around to serve the breakfast tea. Rude staff . They are ruining the name of Ramada property. The worst experience ever had in ramada property.
