The rooms were good , quite new .

The restaurant wasn’t good as most of the things on the menu weren’t available.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in November. Even before our arrival, I had concerns because we received two scam WhatsApp messages claiming to be from the hotel and asking us to click on payment links. When we arrived, we were greeted by a receptionist who appeared completely uninterested in offering any customer service. The entire lobby also smelled strongly of petrol or diesel, which was very unpleasant. We had booked Club Rooms, which included access to an Executive Lounge. However, when we visited the lounge, we found only a few dried-up cakes and a couple of snacks. It was completely empty and, quite frankly, not worth the additional cost of booking Club Rooms. The rooms themselves were also no different from the standard rooms in the hotel. The advertised garden view overlooked a very poor and unfinished courtyard - giving the impression of a maintenance area rather than a proper hotel view! On our first night, the shower water was cold, which further added to our disappointment. However, we would like to commend the porters and housekeeping staff, who were very polite, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Their excellent attitude stood out in contrast to the issues we experienced elsewhere in the hotel.

Staff was too officious (its down to training, to note "customer is king") Could smile more & be more compassionate However the main manager was very nice after upgrading us to a better room. We were treated better last year, we had a beautiful suite that year.
