Location.

Service, Noise and not value for money. The price is way over the comfort and service provided. Food is pathetic and service is even worse. There is drilling work during the afternoon and the AC does not adjust lower it has just binary function “off” and “on”. No hot water in the shower and we have to run the water for long time for it to get even Luke warm.

I asked many times in booking that i need a 5 rooms with 3 single beds. And the answer:noted. I tought was ok. When my group arived, didnt exist 3 single beds. Just one king size and an aditional bed, that was nothing confortable. I had a big problem, i needed to pay onde extra room and nobody was Happy with the it rooms. So, was realy upset. I don’t want to return in this hotel.

The Rooms were modern and spacious. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby was nice & impressive.

The service levels given by the staff, especially at breakfast time & even room service. They are really not trained well & lack courtesy. Their is no GM or Duty Manager in the property.
