Staff was good

Breakfast was basic, fresh fruit juice was not available. Construction noise and noise also coming from other room . i was not able to sleep. I don't how they manage to get five stars license .

"I would again like to mention this incident with Mr. Miraj. Not a right guy in hospitality."

The only thing we liked was the suite size, the room size.

1. Attitude of the guy in the reception Mr Miraj, he was very rude to my wife, also he mis treated us the way he shouldnt have, this is not hospitality, the whole hotel is mismanaged. 2. My Parents were living in room no 2101 also a suite and bar for hanging towel broke, he almost fell down, no solution was provided. Heater Provided was not working. 3. Over All stay, considering having a suite was a mess, Including Breakfast Spread, For breakfast asking for alloo paratha was like begging on the streets waiting for rashan, not to mention, we came across only interns goofing up orders bad. 4. Too cheap spread for the price we paid.
