My bed was extremely uncomfortable since I woke up with back pains and had to go to massage. The bed was lumpy. In general, it was good.

I was placed in the room full of smoking smell. Obviously it is used by a smoker! I assumed the hotel is smoke free. Bed sheets are soggy and not clean. Hotel is 2 star hotel. Worst luxurious hotel ever. Want my money back!!!

"A Nice Ok Hotel"

I'd give the hotel a nice rating. Rooms are spacious, clean, and up to date. Pool outside, running space, all nice additions. Concierge very helpful. Have to say check-in and check-out services really slow and not switched on. But the rest of the hotel quite nice.

The property is big nice and clean, but prices sky high (maybe due to the fair) If they allow smoking in property at least fire alarm should be regulated. Had to wake 3 am to go down the stair quick due to fire alarm. (somebody smoking?) Not very pleased with checkout with a lot of very rare rules about credit card charges!!! Surprising in today world
