Great bed, clean hotel breakfast could probably use some help but other than that really good stay

It was nice and clean one lamp didn’t work but other than that it was good

These people stole money from us on our 31st year anniversary in the middle of a cold snap because we had our two small dogs. I filtered for pet friendly hotels and they came up. We checked in, ran an errand and when we came back they would not let us stay and we had to go back to our travel trailer with no running water in 20 degree weather. I would never stay in a place with such poor business ethics. They would not refund us our money. We made the reservation, ran our errand and were kicked out with no refund in about and hour and a half total.

This hotel is suitable for business travellers. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was perfect. The business services were really helpful, and the staff was quite friendly.

There was a live large roach on the bed. Guest services informed. I was not offered other accommodations and was charged a cancellation fee
