Howard Johnson by Wyndham New Braunfels

I stayed here while on a business trip and found the facilities to be quite helpful. My stay was made more comfortable by the laundry facilities, and the business services were outstanding.

Clogged toylet

Cleaner than expected. Close to all the things necessary.

Tub was cracked in half and felt like I would fall through. Also would not drain after showering. Bed linens were stained. AC kept beeping with filter light needing changed, would not stay on. So it got very hot. Hardware on furniture was falling off. Talked to front desk. Nothing was done. They just said, “oh.” Highest of do not reccommends possible

The business services were useful when I wanted to catch up on certain duties during my work trip. I saved time because it was simple to find my way around the parking lot.

During my stay, I liked how peaceful and clean the room was. The temperature was maintained at the ideal level thanks to the efficient air conditioning system. The team at the front desk was kind and made sure I had everything I required.

This was a wonderfully cozy place to stay. It was very hot outside, so it was fantastic that the air conditioning worked perfectly and the room was clean and comfortable. The people working at the front desk were really kind and often grinned at me. Throughout my visit, I felt well-cared for.

The exterior made me worried. Rooms were clean, staff was nice.

Rooms are small due to it being an older hotel but it was very clean. Front desk people were extremely nice and beds were comfy. Nothing fancy but would stay again if in the area
