Clean, spacious with modern facilities.

Rude member of staff during breakfast service. An older female staff member spoke very rudely to my family and I as we approached the breakfast area, aggressively asking us is we can “read the sign”. Appalling treatment, but we didn’t let that impact our stay.

Very good service. Evening meal and breakfast very good. Ample choice. Room comfortable and tranquil. Shower very good.

Nothing really but new pricing concept of car park when there is no alternative but to use their car park.

Ethan our waiter in the restaurant was fantastic. He couldn't do enough for us. Room was clean and overall hotel was clean. Parking was easy and £5.

The charge for dogs was not prominently shown. We took 2 small (miniature sausage) dogs. We paid £85 to have both which was only clear booking when the hotel emailed after. This was almost as much as the whole booking cost.
