"Not the premium experience we booked"

Good location close to ferry disembarkation . Large room .

We chose this hotel at a premium price since we had a late arrival in Portsmouth and we wanted a known brand with facilities. We arrived at 10.15 pm .No assisted parking spaces were available ,the entry rotating door and one lift weren't working and we were told the bar was about to close. Not exactly the welcome we expected . Breakfast was frenetic in a space not really big enough for the number of people they were trying to serve.Not enough tables available.
