Good location and clear. Bedroom was clean and comfortable and bathroom was lovely.

Breakfast was chaotic. Many items had run out and weren’t replaced very quickly. There is only one coffee machine serving the entire hotel which meant large queues at times (and not great coffee). The variety on offer also wasn’t great.

Comfortable beds

3 floor's on the right side of the entry of the hotel they don't have no window vue Very disappointing for four-star hotel what you can see from the window is the restaurant downstairs the worst part was they have screwed the doors on the window you couldn't even open I don't know if that is illegal for safety reason Breakfast didn't try everywhere I've been. I have had breakfast in the hotel The price is stupid £30 each I don't know what they're serving there I hope it's worth it The good thing is premier Inn is next door You can have a breakfast there for a tenner You have to book in advance if you go to the premier Inn restaurant £150 . Family room I was expecting better facilities
