The hotel is in a really good location for exploring the city. Easy walking distance from Southern Cross Station. The room was comfortable and clean.

The shower temperature was a little hard to control, it was either scolding hot or cold.

Buffett breakfast was nice Good Location Pool & Sauna very relaxing

Bathroom was dirty, visible mould and grotty. Kitchen hot plates dirty too TV was broken & room phone wasn’t even plugged in/not working. Told receptionist about issues, she said because it was a Sunday and the following Monday was a public holiday that it wouldn’t get looked at until Tuesday.. we were checking out Tuesday.
