Club Hotel Dolphin

Very friendly staff in all departments especially Chamila on reception. Early check in and a beach chalet upgrade.

It is a predominantly an all inclusive hotel so the food quality isn't what you might expect from a 5* (booking.com hotel) The beach bungalow was clean but in definate need of a refurbishment including the TV which didn't work. Had to wear earplugs to sleep as the AC sounded like a tank on the march! We ate at the designated premium restaurant 'Waves' which was disappointing. They couldn't provide a glass of white wine only red or rose were available. (we settled for water) When I informed them we had just drank a glass at the next door bar we were told "sorry that's the bar" ?? The starters we chose after looking at the menu were not available so we skipped and ordered a main course. My fish dish was good but my wife's chicken was inedible when I complained the reaction was only a smile and a shrug! When I asked for the bill I was informed that the printer wasn't working and that I could only see it in reception when I checked out. When checking out the promised 10% discount on F&B was also missed off.

Personalet er ikke så løsningsorienterede. Det var fx svært at købe en kop kaffe, selvom kaffemaskinen stadig var tændt efter morgenmaden. Brusebad med svingende vandtemperatur

It was beautiful, peaceful, the dining the virility of food available, the quality of the rooms and the surroundings were excellent.

The walk to the far end of the property where our rooms were inconvenient yo walk yo from dinning and the reception area.
