I stayed at this hotel in 1992. Many changes, looking good

1.Wasn't impressed with the reception staff. 2. Why aren't there lifts in the buildings? We were given a room 302 i believe, but there was no way we could manage the stairs. Thank goodness we were given a villa. 3. Why is all the seating around the hotel so low? Do management not realise there are guests that are uncomfortable on low seats, even the pool area, there are only sunbeds, not everyone wants to sit on a sunbed, but that too is my preference
