Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered was quite good.

Great hotel

The room was fine, so was the service. Small things could be improved though: in the hallway there were stains on the carpet and the tv sound and the remote were working funny. Still I found it rather a bit expensive for what it was (not comparing hotels within the city but in the region)

This hotel is a bit of a nightmare. It's very central which is ok but the room was tiny for 2 people, the aircon outside was very loud and it wasn't comfortable. The staff did not pay any attention to what I had reserved and requested. A bunch of young, underpaid men who claimed they are new here and had no clue whatsoever what they were doing. It was pretty bad. I would not recommend this place.

Shower was broken in room. Only produced water that was scalding hot. Staff was not very helpful in fixing problem.

Nice stay in a very clean, quiet room. Air conditioning that worked well unlike some hotels. Bed was comfortable and really nothing to dislike.

We only stayed one night as we arrived late in Brindisi . Hotel was clean and modern in a good location . Only problem was the air conditioning in the room didn’t work as we were tired we just went to bed and didn’t report , so it may have been easily solved .

Very convenient for airport bus. Quick check in. Large, comfortable room and very clean.

The location next to the train station and on the main drag is nice. The rooms are spare but have everything you need and the bathrooms are well appointed. It was very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. We did have one problem with our shower which only ran VERY hot water - first time we ever had that happen! And we had to bathe out of the sink. I'm sure they would have changed our room or fixed, but we didn't have time because of a very early departure.
